    Holy Life Crisis Moment, Batman!
    Yeah.

Things are a bit crazy right now. I'm trying to sort through everything and get my life in order, but I'm having a really difficult time in doing so. I need to get my shit in gear and put together! I need to find motivation for my other classes that aren't theatre related. It's either that or I drop them and come back to school in the fall. Maybe that would be best. I'm not really sure though. I just feel like I haven't accomplished as much as I should have in this last year. Maybe I need another semester or even year of school. Basically, I have a lot of thinking to do this week.

On the bright-side: I got cast in what would be my last college show! I will be playing Sheriff Connie Atkins in Lanford Wilson's "Book of Days". The role was originally written for a male, but we didn't have enough males audition and there were plenty of females that did. I'm really excited to be given this opportunity. It's not a big role, but it's a decent size. And it's a role. I was really worried that I wouldn't have the chance to act in my last college show.

Other news: Vagina Monologues open on the 19th of this month and run that whole weekend. I'll be performing "The Woman Who Loved to Make Vaginas Happy." It's my first time participating in the Vagina Monologues. It's been a very good experience so far.

Final Notes: APO's picked a one-act script to perform. It's called "The Sin-Eater." It's wonderful. I really hope to be given the chance to work on this piece as well for the final showcase of the year in April.

And now it's off to study for the Eastern European Politics exam. Boo.

So it's been like fifty million years but...
... I'm gonna try actually update this thing more often. It may help out in some way with my life at this point in time.

Current happenings: I was a terrible slacker last week. I am now paying the price this week. I have an exam in Microeconomics tomorrow and it's pretty much kicking my ass right now. I should be fine by the time the exam roles around tomorrow at 10am, but it's going to take pretty much most of tonight/this morning studying. Econ isn't exactly my strong point anymore, nor does it interest me all that much, so I have a hard time focusing on it. I really need to stop slacking when it comes to this class. If I worked a bit on it each day it would be so much easier when tests and such rolled around. It would also help if I pushed myself to actually make it to class, even if I'm not feeling all that well. I do that for theatre classes; I need to start doing it for my other classes.

Also, I have a ridiculously terrible migraine right now. It is definitely not helping with my studying and managing to stay awake. I just want to curl up into a ball in a dark room and sleep it off. That isn't going to happen. Boo!

And that's enough of my bitching and whining.

    Things got done!
I actually feel like I’ve accomplished things today.

I cashed both my paychecks today, so that I can pay my rent which is due in a few days. Then I went to the comic store and picked up “Barack the Barbarian: Quest for the Treasure of Stimuli”. It’s fabulous. I’m probably going to continue to pick up the issues as they come out. I also picked up the first two issues of “X-men: Magneto Testament”. I really enjoyed them. The covers were fantastic as well. I’m going to try and find the other three issues of the mini-series.

After that Ryan and I went rummage sale shopping for a bit. I found a book that I’ve been looking for for a while: Anne McCaffrey’s "The Rowan". Bonus: It was only a dollar and it’s in fairly good condition. We didn’t really get to spend a lot of time rummage sale shopping though, due to the fact that I had work from 2:30-9:30 again today.

We weren’t very busy at work again today. It’s because they’re two festivals going on in our town. However, we’ve got a bunch of people scheduled to work. My shift got cut yesterday by two hours. The same thing happened today. However, I picked up a six and a half hour shift for tomorrow morning, which means I’ll end up gaining two hours on my paycheck. Yay for more money!

Since I was sent home early from work I got a chance to finish out my thread (oh my god, a thread actually finished before the next GD!). Yes, I am extremely proud of this fact. Especially considering how things had been in my writing realm from like January to the beginning of May. Also, I was able to finish my Synch application.

Tomorrow I have work from 10:30-5 and then I’m heading off to my apartment till Monday afternoon. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to look into a cheap wireless internet source during that time. I need internet in my place!

Also, hopefully I’ll get to finish "Sabriel" by Tuesday.
